The pharma code card die-cutting and stacking machine was specially developed for the demanding requirements of the pharmaceutical industry. It guarantees maximum precision and process reliability when die-cutting and stacking pharma code cards, ensuring maximum quality.

The integrated feed station ensures optimum material guidance, while sensors reliably detect defective or marked cards and automatically eject them. The robust punch-through die-cutter ensures exact contours, and the package delivery enables clean, orderly stacking of the finished cards. An integrated matrix rewinder reliably removes the die-cutting matrix and keeps the production process clean and trouble-free.

Technical Highlights:

• Working width up to 200 mm – ideal for code card formats
• Feed station for perfect material guidance
• Sensors for detecting defective or marked cards
• Precise punch-through die-cutter for exact die-cutting results
• Package delivery for clean and orderly output
• Integrated matrix rewinder for efficient waste removal
• Robust and compact design for maximum process reliability

The pharma code card die-cutting and stacking machine combines precision, efficiency and the highest quality standards – a perfect solution for the sensitive field of pharmaceutical packaging.
